| Marketing is the terminal of grid and distribution is the forefront of electricity sales. Atpresent, the management information system of the power supply enterprise marketing anddistribution are construct independently which led to the phenomenon called InformationIsland. To solve this problem, Integration of Marketing and Distribution based on geographicinformation system (GIS) should be established. The system is based on the data ofproduction system equipment in distribution network and the marketing managementinformation system, and its target is to set up topology relations of power equipment andcustomer basic and realize unified and orderly management.Firstly, this paper analyzed the concept of the urban grid which based on geographicinformation system with the integration of distribution and marketing. Then, it made anoverall deployment to construct the information platform. The overall construction is dividedinto three parts: system construction, data construction and electronic transfer and theconcrete implementation plan is made.Secondly, this paper focused on the study of engineering management module ofintegration system. The related business data and management function of distributionnetwork engineering system, business expansion management system and marketing systemmodule is extracted from the original system. Through the data integration and interfaceintegration, we can complete the task including distribution network infrastructure,distribution network overhaul technological upgrading and industry expansion project ofunified management, query and documents for examination and approval, schedule control,etc. And through the electronic transfer of planning and design drawings in the electronictransfer of GIS platform, we can establish a closely contact between planning phase anddesign phase, realizing a complete life cycle management of power distribution networkequipment.Finally, the article showed the example that the concrete application of integrated project managementsystem in Huicheng bureau. Made an instruction of the key technology─electronic transfer operationmethods, and analyzed its effects and improvement program. Showed that the electronic transfer processshould be gradually clear the relationship of the professional settings interface and personnel permission, reduce the risk of cohesion work problems in each department. By these methods, we can guarantee theconsistency,timeliness, and stability in the data exchange between each subsystem. |
