In recent years, South Power Grid Corp constantly in improving the management level,aims tocomprehensively enhance the customers’ experience. Through nearly5years ofmanagement practice, the whole level of the grid got a great promotion, but at the same time,also there are still unbalanced development inprovincial border regions, customers’experience has not been a corresponding developmentincrease and improve as the other. Theaccumulation of contradiction from each service link of management concentrated outbreakin power supply "last mile", short board effect is obviously in the bottom of the organizationalstructure, andrestricted the ascension of overall management level. In Maoming area, thefocus of the problem lies in the power supply administration.For further enhance the electricity customer experience, need to focus on to improvethemanagement level of power supply administration, in the whole area and even greaterrange, hold the right attitude towards the status and function ofthese bottom organization.Basing on indicatorsand algorithm apply,the author try to establish information interactionplatform, guide the work mechanism of the formation of the bottom-up, promote the initiativeto improve management status from themselves. Including the following three aspects:(1) Longitudinal ranking mechanism of performance indicators, establish the olive typemanagement echelons: beginning with the two main businessfrom the production operationand customer service,according to key business list,establishthe KPI indicators system, anddynamically adjusting indicators ranking model, tracking and monitoring indicatorsperformance monthlythroughout the region.(2) the establishment of the three echelon longitudinal based on indicators performance,look for indicators of excellent performance, power supply benchmarking prominent, but alsohighlight the performance indicators there is a gap between the other; the establishment offive transverse developmentcluster management, establish the mechanism of effectivecommunication, based on the objective data, due to the principle of similarity--together,clustering the similar periphery (objective) environment into a cluster management, carry outthe management of benchmarking activities within the cluster, strengthen the management ofthe activities of the reference and can be copied. To construct the objective environmentevaluation model with AHP, then the evaluation involves model evaluation by expertopinionthru piar comparison determine the weight of evaluation. Finally, after the index valueof standardized data combined with weight distribution for data clustering analysis, and ultimately the formation of5power supply by clusteringclusters for each cluster size,performance indicators and other different characteristics to carry out correspondingmanagement activities.(3) the establishment of power supply distribution network construction anddevelopment model: in development planning and project network plan, link the project andthe project source, project management and control, assetmanagement, and consider the fourdimensions together, to guide the power supply distribution network of scientificdevelopment.
