| The coke specialized berth of Tianjin Port is the first one in China and can beconsidered as an important sign of the project of “transporting coal from north tosouthâ€, which is charaterized by a high level of specialization and automation and isinitially constructed and designed in China. However, due to the defects presented inthe early design phases, practical problems, such as serious equipment wear andinefficient control on coal smoke pollution during operations of the system, efficiencyand quality, adaptibility and security for the work of the system and perfectness ratioof equipments, are significantly reduced.In this thesis, in view of the practical situations of Tianjin Port, a technology forprotecting materials from being crushed, protecting equipments from wearing, andsuppressing dust is proposed in terms of enhancing the efficiency for equipmentutilization and improving the pollution situations caused by the dust from the coalyard and surrounding areas. This technology may improve the performance ofequipments and working efficiency, reasonably accommodate the requirements of thecoke specilization wharf in the north area.Three objectives in two aspects are achieved by redesigning, modifying anddebugging equipments in the field and repeately testing, measuring and comparingdata. Technical effects of the above technology include: the impact on the equipmentsfrom the materials during the unloading process and the wear extent of equipments arereduced by redesigning and reforming unloading pit materials anti-crush grid; damagerate of materials in slide tube is decreased by employing a technology for distributingmeaterials flexibly in ship loader, soft meaterial unloading adapter tower with spliceplate and diffuser plate and a coke shatterproof head device of ship loader; upgradingall-weather dust suppression system is completed by introducing artificial fog andsnow technology into current water spray systems.By researching and applying key points of the coke specialized system, thequality, efficiency and environment optimization are enhanced dramatically.Meanwhile, it also brings about a cost effectiveness and provides a technologysupport for the competetion ability for Tianjin Port in the role of coke wharf. It alsoprovides a beneficial reference for designing and reforming port specializedequipments. |
