The defects ofsemiconductor refrigeration piece of assessment system at present: assessment of lowefficiency, great error in the evaluation system, test process is complicated. We designa set of thermal compensation semiconductor refrigeration evaluation system. It isbased on MSP430F149MCU. The system adopts the Pt100platinum resistance onrefrigeration cold end and the hot side temperature measurement, detection accuracyand real-time performance is excellent. In order to reduce the system steady-stateerror, reduce the desiccant replacement frequency and improve the efficiency ofdetection, heating chip power adjustment fuzzy-PID algorithm.System uses the dry air as heat transfer medium, by heating the heat generated bythe TEC cold end absorb heat from the heat exchanger, heat exchanger of air inlet andoutlet of the constant temperature. The heating plate and the cold end of TEC aresurrounded by the air flow, greatly reduces the traditional measurement, heatingtablets to the outside world the refrigerating capacity of the heat transfer caused byinaccurate calculation problem. Compared with the traditional measurement method, this control method is measuring method is simple, short detection time, theadvantage of high accuracy of measurement.
