Study On Project Scheme Of Automatic Distribution System Of Airplane Repair Task

Project scheme is an important part of project management, a good project scheme is aprecondition for the success of the project. Combined with the project scheme theory, thisthesis takes civil aircraft maintenance task of our country as the research object and thescheme research of civil aircraft maintenance task automatic distribution system projectwas studied in the thesis. The study has very important practical significance andapplication value.Firstly, project scheme development and application status at home and abroad wasfirst reviewed in the thesis and the correlation theory in project scheme like organizationstructure, work breakdown structure, schedule plan and risk management etc. waselaborated as well; then the basic situation of civil aircraft maintenance task automaticdistribution system project was introduced, and the implementing necessity and feasibilityof the project were deeply analyzed in this thesis based on the scheme theory; finally,combined with a Airlines’ aircraft maintenance work, the project scheme of civil aircraftmaintenance task automatic distribution system was studied in this thesis, and projectscheme mainly analyzed in the aspects of organization structure, work breakdownstructure, planning, risk control in detail. Analysis shows that, effective organizationalguarantee can be provided to the project by using matrix organization; the various workincluded in the project can be cleared and defined by using the project work breakdowntool (WBS) to decompose the project, a solid foundation can be laid for developingaccurate project plan by analyzing the whole project systematically; the smoothimplementation of the project can be ensured by using the risk management principles toeffectively identify, assess and respond to the risks of the project. The reference forscheme of similar project will be well provided by the research results of this thesis.
