The compressive performance of building is an important symbol of its quality,and these buildings usually have large continuous structure. How to accurately testcompressive stiffness of construction object is a problem to be solved in modernarchitecture. We study the multi-point loading system in this paper. The large-scalecontinuous object is narrowed according to the reduced proportion. The object is gotmulti-point loading test by the system. The system adopts hydraulic transmission, andSTM32embedded chip as the control core, the proportional solenoid valve asactuators. The S type pressure sensor tested strains on the object, the output of theelectrical signal is sent to the STM32chip analysis processing, and send command, itis acquired by USB2811X data acquisition card. The significant is amplified by theproportional amplifier and transferred to the proportional solenoid valve. Solenoidvalve control the flow of hydraulic pressure and the flow according to the instructions.The system is combined incremental PID control algorithm with fuzzy controltheory. Fuzzy control theory has its unique advantages, it can be compared with theexternal environment, according to the characteristic of oneself and adjust it to its owncharacteristics. While the comparative object is not the same with itself, it will bethrough their own adjustment to adapt to the environment. So as to make the controlsystem with PID control of the control error small, high efficiency characteristic, alsohas fuzzy control high stability, strong anti-interference characteristics.In the aspect of software development, in order to implement the multi-point loadtesting function of control system, the program uses solid function library V3.5version of STM32to develop the accuracy and integrity of the control system. STM32has abundant of peripheral modules, and it can meet the needs of the multi-pointloading control. The large structure characteristics of the system can be simplified inthis point, and the flexibility of the multi-point loading system can be improvedgreatly.The test results show that that the precision of this system is reliable and high stability. It can meet the requirements of subject, and has high popularization value.
