At present, the problem of traffic congestion and land tension in the central ofurban is Serious. Constructing underground expressway can ease the congestion andsaving land resource to the greatest extent, by the same time, underground road canreduce the pollution of the city, is the inevitable trend of future urban development.Underground expressway construction is still in the initial stage inland. Andthere were a lot of problems just like the research are less, the planning andconstruction experience is not enough, and so on. Due to underground expressway isoften a supplement for the road network, so the linkage between the underground roadand the road network, is one of the most urgent question at present.The paper studied the mode of the multipoint in and out of the city undergroundexpressway entrances and exits the connection on the basis of collection and analysiswhich is researching at home and abroad and the current situation of planning andconstruction. Firstly, the paper analyses the traffic characteristics in multi-point in andout of the city entrance/exit of the expressway, the principles and objectives thatreasonable cohesion. Based on the analysis chooses some possible modes like thebasic cohesion-integrated type and separated. The paper extracts some indicators andparameters by analyzing the mode’s composition as location selection, the gatewayconnecting ramp section and the traffic organization. Apply alternative modes into aliving example to modify parameters and parameter values by the means of simulationin order to obtain a reasonable model. Finally, evaluate the study mode of reasonablecohesion, verifying the rationality of the mode.The innovation point of the paper is proactive, it provide a study of Entrance/exitof the expressway connection mode before the large-scale construction of urbanunderground expressway. It researched a combination of inward and outward positiondetermination, road section and the traffic organization mode of cohesion, and putforward a evaluation standard and methods of a model is reasonable. Theachievements may provide some reference for urban underground expressway design.
