The bridge is very important in transportation, that how to detect effectively andmake scientific evaluation to bridge has caused great attention, make sure that wefully understand the bridge working conditions, and that the bridge meets therequirements of design or specification capacity verification, in order to ensure thatthe transportation is good and the bridge work safely.Firstly this paper summarised the current detection technology at local andabroad, and the technical indicators in detection of bridge reinforcement technologythat what is commonly used. Secondly has introduces the common calculationmethods that is uses in Calculation of bearing capacity, and did some analysis. Itconclude that the traditional calculation method has great errors in the precision. Andit is not suitable for modern bridge, so the paper raise that use the precision influencesurface to instead of the simple influence surface.Chapter3is based on the linear elastic structure internal force concept, and themethod of using static method to solve influence surface. This chapter put forward theconcept of using motor method to solve the influence surface of the internal force.This chapter is based on the principle of virtual work and I take the8nodehexahedron element as an example. The specified node internal force influence thenumerical algorithm is derived, using the physical and mechanical properties of theelement stiffness matrix and the influence surface concept. And it applies to the fiveprism element, and tetrahedral element which is developed after the8node elementdegradation. The method can quickly obtain the influence surface of the internal forceof the target, and satisfy the practical needs of the project. With the gradual increaseof traffic volume, the demand of Bridge detection especially the Bridge detection inbusy areas of the city is increasing. There are too few loadings in the routine detectionand there is a big deviation in loading position. Based on this aspect, this chapterdevelops the theory of vehicle load quasi static loading and the lane load based on theinfluence. This method can locate the precise location of the loaded vehicle and ittakes less time and can recognize more road conditions. Theoretically the data aremore accurate and reliable.The Chapter5confirm the above theories using Laboratory Bridge experiment.Based on that, new systematic theory about the technology of bridge detection is formed which is called bridge carrying capacity evaluation based on the theory ofQuasi static effect of bridge surface. This theory is tested through the model bridge.This method can accurately obtain the position of load, making the load efficiencycoefficient one and it can also make the vehicle load control more flexible. Comparedwith conventional detection methods this method avoids the traditional shortcomingwhich is that we find fewer working conditions from the data of static load test and itcan also greatly shorten the detection time. All in all, this theory can better adapt tothe traffic demand now.
