With the rapid development of communication industry in our country, density ofhighways network improves constantly and the large span bridge is emergingconstantly. Bridge project is not only huge on scale, but also is the throat in sitetraffic.As the effect of earthquak, lash, wind load, corrosion, the structure of the bridgewill suffer from the damage accumulation and resistance attenuation inevitably in theperiod of the existing.Once the damage accumulation of the key part of the structurereachs a certain level, the damage will expand rapidly, and therefore resulting in thesudden destroy of the whole structure if not discovered and solved in time. Thus thedamage of the structure will not only shorten the service lilfe, but also threatens the thelifes and property.Thus the isolation technique of the bridge structure damage is of thesignificance.By analysing the data home and abroad,the thesis concludes the present situationof the existed the structure inspecting technique,discovers the development of testingtechnique these years.The defect of the static test identification damage is improvinggradually.The paper introduces a method of quasi-static load test respond base onbridge diagnostics system (BDI), analysing and comparing the field data and finiteelement data to locate the damage of the structure, and it gets a good result. The methodprovides theoretical and experimental basis for the further research on the damageidentification of the reinforced concrete structure. The main research contents of thispaper are as follows:â‘ It introduces the principle of quasi-static load test and data optimizationalgorithm;â‘¡Study on the process of the damage identification base on BDI;â‘¢The quasi-static load test on real bridge by BDI shows:Compare the measurd and computed data to judge the adjusted parament for thefinite element model calibration, then analys the structure behavior of the intial andoptimized model which can identify the damage. Combined with the disease of thevisual inspection, get the exact position of damage It comfirms the feasibility of themethod in engineering application.
