In recent years, with the development and opening of Binhai New Area, TianjinPort ushered in a rare historical opportunity, to enter the large-scale construction ofthe port. As the region make more use of new land port construction and dredgingwaterways are a lot of abandoned land reclamation carried seabed mud, this artificialreinforcement of soft soil reclamation processing has become inevitable technicalproblems. Based on the analysis based on relevant commentary cement mixing pilecomposite foundation treatment technology theory and practice at home and abroad,combined with southern of Tianjin Port No.26wharf engineering examples, mainlyon regional soil properties, reclamation of land-based overall consolidation process,soil cement reinforcement mechanism mixing method, test pile process (differentcloth pile program, different pile diameter, mixing technology, cement content ofmixing piles were multiple combinations of comparison test), for different conditionswere simulated a brief introduction and get some useful conclusions.By application of the cement mixing pile composite foundation in the southern ofTianjin Port, verify the use of plum pile fabric solutions and uniaxial two-way processof cement mixing pile in the applicability of the region, the construction of the cementmixing process was summarized and improvements; due to the high efficacy of themature technology, to meet the requirements of the premise of reducing the durationof the costs; obtained by experimental analysis of the cement mixing pile constructionsite goes to the lower portion of the pile quality is better than a whole pile of features,easy to spot and easy to interoperability, standards are optimized for detection;combination of experimental data, by analyzing the numerical model to optimize thedesign of pile length to16m, saving the project cost; provide a reference for the sametype of foundation construction.
