Application Of Systematic Engineering Of Helicopter Assembly Process

In recently years, the helicopter will not only be need by military, more and more ofthem will be applied to fild of civilian, so the primary task of the helicopter industry isoptimizing helicopter design and manufacturing technology to improveperformance andquality of helicopter.But the helicopter manufacturing is a very complex system engineering,integrated by numbers of factors include to technology, management, productionmanagement, and software managerment, and current aviation industry of our country, a lotof the production process and technology are also in the traditional mode, that not onlyaffects the quality of the assembly of the helicopter, but also the assembly efficiency can notbe improved. So the main purpose of this dissertation is to research how to develop ofhelicopter assembly quality and assemblyefficiency, and lower the cost of helicopterassembly.Around this goal, this dissertationmainly researchs advanced assembly technology,management processes and digital production. Combined assembly positioning way, rationalproduction breakdown interface division, assembling precisely accurate, reasonablyassembly tooling technology and other tools to choose from, a good method of coordinationand compatibility demonstrate assembly technologyof helicopter. Advanced managementconcepts of helicopter assemblyinculuds the advancedinventory management anddistribution management; adopt a model for project management as a model of the project.Using reasonable steps and order management processesincludesconcurrent engineering,systems engineering in order to rational optimization processes to reduce working hours andimprove work efficiency. More use of good production management, guidance documentsand standard documents to inprove the quality of the entire assembly process.Andelaborated the advantages and disadvantages of digital technology in the helicopterassembly applicationsof specific performance aspects, and discuss the profound impact ofdigital technology in the helicopter assembly on China’s helicopter production andassembly, to promote enterprise management system and model of the development processoccurs series of changes. The research also includes uesing digital technology to the prehelicopter assembly process, PDM for management of parts and guidance documents,digitized assembly site management.
