Research On The Planning Strategy For Zones Around Cultural Heritage

With all the cultural heritage protection concept, technology and regulationsincreasingly mature, zones around cultural heritage is paid more and more attention.Due to the limitations of itself based on the protection of cultural heritage, most of thetime these zones for tourism services, cultural display, business services, transport anddistribution functions, along with the rapid development of city expansion and thetourism industry, the corresponding construction and building form requirements moreand more. Therefore, the paper is based on the zones around cultural heritage as theresearch object, in order to put forward the development planning strategy of zonesaround culture heritage.The paper first defines the concept, previous to the cultural heritage protection anddevelopment of the surrounding zones research results and the relevant case. Thenintroduced the "basic plan" control Dagongmen surrounding areas, the representative inthe project as an example.On this basis, summarizes the cultural heritage surrounding limits three aspectsexists district built the historic preservation, city function renewal and city trafficorganization problem, and from the protective exploitation angle, in order to solve theproblems, and put forward some corresponding strategies: environment protectionstrategy, integration strategy, three-dimensional traffic grooming strategies.
