With the continuous development of automotive technology, the demand forautomotive controllability and stability, comfort and entertainment increases highly.The rapid increase of electronic devices in the vehicle leads to more controllers andpower consumption, so new requirements are put forward to the vehcile electronicpower system. Vehicle electrical power system supplys the power for all the electronicdevices, which include not only the electronic control units and controller circuit andalso lights, air conditioners and so on. Two types of electronic devices propose tworequirements for vehicle electrical power system: stability requirements and powerrequirements.Therefore, for traditional fuel vehicle electrical power sysytem, this paper proposesa method for dynamic regulation for vehicle electronic power system voltage, usingpulse width modulation method to realize the control of vehicle generators. The methodcan reduce the fluctuation of generator voltage, and can solve the problem of powerdistribution in parallel twin-powered generators, which results in increasing the outputpower without increasing the volume of a generator considering the close layout of theengine compartment.The dynamic control of vehicle generator voltage is realized by reforming theregulator of a generator. Firstly, build the mathematical model of the voltage controlsystem; Secondly, voltage regulation is established, using PID and pulse widthmodulation, in which the parameters are matched dynamically with the use of fuzzycontrol theory methods. Finally, analyze the stability of the control system.The double-powered generators in parallel for power supply is realized throughreforming generator regulators. Firstly, build the mathematical model of the doublegenerators control system;s Secondly, a control method for automotive generators inparallel for power supply is established considering the automobile generator outputcharacteristics, to realize the reasonable distribution of dual-generator output power bycontrolling the voltage as the same time considering the generator current. Finally,analyze the stability of the control system.Finally, the controller of the generator is designed and completed, and the dynamic control functions are validated on the automotive power system test bench.
