The Research On Design Of The Substation Project Management Optimization And Empirical Analysis

Along with the electric power enterprise system reform of our country to promotethe design industry, internal competition substation also began to increasingly fiercemarket competition, the design of substation gradually transformed into management,concept and system of competition. How in the complex environment of marketcompetition, is how to innovate the concept of core competitiveness, strengthen projectmanagement, optimization design organization, improve the design level andcapability and increase electric power design institute, the more important.This paper reviews the theories of project management and design projectmanagement, on the basis of the construction of substation and substation on thecontent of design management, analyzes the present situation of substation designindustry and main problems, and present situation and design of project managementto the country’s Institute of nuclear power in question is studied; Comprehensiveanalysis in transformer substation design based on industry development experienceand expert advice, the factors affecting the design project of substation, the structuralmodel method (ISM) to explain the interaction of various factors, the establishment ofAHP hierarchical model to determine the key factors influencing the design project ofsubstation, respectively: special design, project organization, process control andproject evaluation.
