| Transfer station is the transition of belt conveyor transmission station, more than24meters high-level transfer station mostly is open two-way frame structures. Itscharacteristic is the structure of its height to width is bigger, filler wall is less, onlycommonly in device layer set up the floor, and need more holes, high equipment layerstorey is large, belongs to typical high soft structure. The main vibration source ofhigh-rise transfer station abnormal vibration is the belt conveyor belt tension andpower equipment disturbances that acted on the top of the structure.In terms ofvibration,its structure form and force was more negative than the general structure.The vibration forms of multi-layer transfer station was more complex. Continued andexcessive vibration will not only cause the internal staff psychological panic and evenaffect the body health, reduce the work efficiency and reduce security, applicability anddurability of the structure itself.Take the point4high-level transfer station as the research object, the article ismainly for the following research works.(1) The current common structure form and characteristics of the high-risetransfer station was summarized,and take4points of high-rise transfer station as anexample, the structure of the dynamic test and calculation analysis was done, resultsshow that the structure’s horizontal vibration is abnormal and vertical vibration isweak.(2) According to the transfer station structure dynamic characteristics analysis andtest results, and combining the existing vibration tolerance limit standards at home andabroad, and mainly considering the three aspects of structure, equipment and the human body, high-level transfer station status was evaluated.(3) Considering the effect of trestle steel truss palisade structure’s stressed skindiaphragm to its lateral stiffness. Simplifying structure was reasonable, and mechanicsmodel which conforms to the actual situation was set up. Through the modal analysis,high-level transfer station12order vibration mode information and quality of eachorder modal participation factor was obtained to verify the rationality of the model.(4) Considering the effect of skin tension and wind load to high-rise transferstation, dynamic time history analysis was carried out on the model. The key was todetermine the effect relation of two factors to the horizontal vibration of the transferstation.
