As an important landmark of the construction project bidding activity in theconstruction market economic development, it is an orderly and competitive way in themarket transaction, and some key contents of the project, such as the constructionperiod, the quality requirements, cost amount have been identified at the bidding stage.And the risk in the bidding stage will have a negative impact on the progress of theproject. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the research on risk evaluation in thebidding stage.Considering the risks in previous studies, most are concentrated on the qualitativeanalysis of all kinds of risks, and the trust risk is only introduced as one of categoriesrisks, lack of targeted research of such risks. This article is mainly aimed at the study oftrust risk in the bidding stage, the main object is involved in the bidding parties: theowner, the contractor, the Supervisor. This article mainly carries on the research fromthe following aspects:Aiming at the problem of trust risk owners build trust risk evaluation model basedon the fuzzy Petri net. This paper simulates the causal relationship among the factorshaving a significant effect on trust risk, then establishes the evaluation model of ownerstrust risk factors based on the fuzzy Petri net. On the basis of this risk evaluation model,using the design of the longest path algorithm analysis model to analyze the factors ledto a crisis of credibility of the owner. The parties make a study of risk control throughmaking its own characteristics with the main factors.Aiming at the problem of trust risk the contractors build trust risk evaluation modelbased on the fuzzy fault tree. This paper summarizes the trust crisis events of thecontractor in the bidding stage systematically, establishes the contractor trust risk fuzzy fault tree. At the same time, considering the probability value of some factors is difficultto determine, it combines fuzzy mathematics knowledge to find out the influence degreeof the bottom events of trust crisis in the quantitative analysis. So that it can beoptimized according to the importance of the influencing factorsAiming at the problem of trust risk the supervisors build trust risk evaluation modelbased on D-S evidence theory. Considering the sources of supervisor trust risk in thebidding stage, it can establish the supervisor trust risk fault tree. Due to the uncertaintyof the supervision party fault tree bottom events, it can introduce the unknown rationaland D-S evidence theory, and then draws the biggest influenced risk events ofsupervisor. So that it can further improve the risk assessment process and reliability ofthe results.Trust risk evaluation model can be established by the above sections, and it canbuild up a complete risk assessment system that analyzes all the accurate evaluationresults of trust risks in the bidding stage. Finally, through the summary and prospect ofthis work, it puts forward there are still many deficiencies in the process of biddingstage trust risk research, and we can try to use some new risks evaluation methods toraise awareness of risk management in the bidding stage. So we can take targetedmeasures to prevent risks which lay the theoretical foundation of the bidding process.
