Electric bike is a green, environmentally friendly means of transport, its low travelcosts, zero emissions, safety and convenience features, are a growing concern ofindividuals, enterprises and society.Wheel motor electric bicycle as a power core, its quality is directly related to the levelof performance and safety performance of the vehicle. The current low level of productiontesting hub motor, methods behind and motor production can not meet demand. Fromimproving the overall quality of motor, improve production levels and even enhance themarket competitiveness of our hub motors are needed to improve the detection level of thehub motor as soon as possible.This paper adopts modern industrial control, detection technology, modern signalprocessing technology as a means for integrated wheel motor load detection system wasstudied. The system is designed to detect wheel motor technology level to achieve thedetection process automation, functional integration, user-friendly operation. Researchinto system hardware or software design in two parts.After determining the motor test items, combined with structural features designed todetect motor bench. Pneumatic clamping device to ensure stable operation of the motor inthe detection process, diameter jump, side jump, screw head beating, beating a drum brakehole detection mechanism can be adjusted depending on the motor type and size of thedetected position, to achieve " a machine can " make the system detecting morecomprehensive and easier to automate. Build detection bench SolidWorks-basedthree-dimensional model.In a programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core of the signal processing system,the key components of PLC, sensors, etc. were the selection and design of the Hall signalconversion completed the circuit; motor fault identification system based on the LabVIEWfor pickups, a selection of data acquisition card and related circuit design.The hub motor load detection system software integrated structure, function,composition, running processes for analysis and design of the operating system interface.Using CX-Programmer software development platform, the preparation of the appearanceof the motor size, voltage, current, speed, insulation resistance testing procedures.LabVIEW as software development platform, the preparation of the vibration signal acquisition, analysis and processing procedures.Build a test platform for functional testing, test data with the traditional means ofvarious parameters collected experimental system was obtained for comparison. The resultsshow that this system compared with conventional testing methods to improve the accuracyof detection, accuracy and stability. Motor fault diagnosis based on abnormal soundfeasible, with a certain degree of innovation, high degree of automation, simple operation,studies of this system for improving the production quality hub motor has a certain practicalsignificance.
