Gudiance Design Method In Innovation Design

The most challenge issue of innovation design comes from frequent human-product interactions and dynamic requirements. Considering the functionality and artistry of products, modern industrial design mainly focuses on user reception and valuable actions, resulting in more efficient and convenient human-centered products. Due to several characters of public environment, we analyze the various user goals and actions in public environment to capture more creative elements for industrial design. For clarity, we consider the self-service kiosk as the object of analysis and investigation.In this paper, we investigate the semanteme of architectural space identities and the guidance effect in virtual software, and conclude that instructive design is more suitable to complicated interaction products and services. For the perspective of user action, the accomplishment of user goals can be treated as the process from raising cognitive mind to actual operation behavior. Due to the complexity of group characteristics in public environment, meeting the user intention not only need to implement the functions of products, but also involves several interaction problems related to security and efficiency. Therefore, user action has a large degree of freedom in the interaction process, and instructive design could guide the action during interaction. By analyzing the processed of using products in our experiments, we investigate how to guide users to accomplish the user goals and the corresponding design elements. In addition, we also investigate the relation between the accomplishment of user goals and the guidance elements in product design, and propose effective design strategies for product innovation.To conclude, we analyze instructive design methods by integrating the characteristics of public product design. Meanwhile, we illustrate the instructive design relation on four architectural layers, and present the guiding influence of instructive design on different layers. We can conclude that applying innovation design to the guide process of accomplishing user goals improves life quality and work efficiency.
