Due to the difference between the user’s mental model and the professional training background,the user has differences in understanding,perceiving,and expressing the perceptible features,and thus there is information distortion in the process of expressing the requirements,thus affecting the designer’s understanding of the user’s on-board human-computer interaction system(HMI)needs.With the development of interaction design and emotional computing technology,the user’s experience state of the vehiclemounted human-computer interaction system is obtained from various physiological signals,and the psychological scale is used to judge the user’s perceptual feature pleasure of the form,function and interaction mode of the vehicle HMI.The state has become the cutting-edge technology of smart vehicle research.Based on the user’s subjective feelings,this paper collects the signals of myoelectricity,heart rate,blood oxygen,heart rate and blood volume map by designers/users(42 subjects in a simulated driving state),and establishes a method combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Product innovation perceivable features-a cognitive model of designer/user brain cognitive pleasure,using KNN,SVM pattern recognition algorithm to pattern recognition of various physiological signals,extracting myoelectric(EMG1,EMG2),heart rate(HR),Time domain characteristics of five physiological signals: blood oxygen concentration(OXI)and Photoplethysmography(PPG): maximum,minimum,median,variance,standard deviation,sample entropy characteristics,wavelet packet energy characteristics(80 features in total)The user’s emotional and psychological load and physical load were identified.The time domain feature time domain feature recognition rate was 76.19% and 71.43%,respectively.The emotion recognition rate of sample entropy characteristics reached 80.95% and 76.2% respectively;the recognition rate of physical load was 95.24% by KNN method,and the recognition rate of mental load reached 80.95%.The research puts forward the method of physical data combined with psychological questionnaire to gain insight into user experience.Through weight analysis,feature extraction,feature recognition,decoding hidden user experience in physiological letters,finding the mapping relationship between perceptible features and user experience,helping to understand and test Product innovation design expresses the experience of perceptible features,and establishes a brain cognitive model of designers and users’ perceptions of innovation.The eye movement observation experiment(89 subjects)of the SUV was designed.The wearable eye tracker and the semantic difference scale were used to observe the set interest music,collect eye movement data.The number of fixations,the fixation duration and the hotspot map of the interest area indicate that the difference between the designer and the user’s perception of the perceived feature is mainly the difference in the area of interest and the difference in the understanding of the semantic vocabulary between the two groups.A method for discriminating the perceived low degree of pleasure is indicated.The vector mapping model of designer and user brain cognition difference is established,and the reasons for the difference between designer and user brain cognition are preliminarily established.The designer-user brain cognition for expressing the perceptible characteristics of low-pleasant product innovation design is proposed.The joyful balance guiding method,through the experiment of the perceptible experience test and the pleasure guiding method of a car console(a total of 77 subjects),finds the difference between the designer and the user in understanding the perceptible features,and verifies the method in the actual use process.How to improve the perceptibility with the material experience machine,reduce the perceived difference between designers and users,and guide the improvement of design.The user/designer’s perceptible difference identification method of the on-board digital instrument panel combined with the EEG data and the PANAS sentiment scale and the NASA-TLX load scale was proposed,and the design was compared by the experimental comparison test(36 subjects).The designer and the user observe the difference wave and brain topographic map of the average waveform of different digital instrument panels,and establish the corresponding relationship of the EEG signals of the perceptible features.The results of the differential wave found that the cognitive differences between designers and users can be clearly reflected in the parietal(P3\P4\P8)and the left occipital(O1).The results of this study can not only support important theoretical methods for automotive innovation design,but also extend in other fields to enhance the overall level of product innovation and development in China.
