Electric power is produced with the formation of the development of the power industryand power grid, along with the development of interconnected power systems and power grid,power data platform for scheduling tasks from the simple to the complex, from the level ofscheduling to multi-level scheduling, forming a hierarchical management system centralizedor coordinated. Facing the power industry "information isolated island" problem, themanagement difficulty and effectiveness issues have become increasingly prominent, morereal-time or non real-time monitoring, control and data management platform, EMS dataplatform act an irreplaceable role on the grid security production, operation and management.However, in each separate system maximum efficiency for each application, at the same time,also appeared many problems, how to solve this problem fundamentally, to play the role ofthe system, is a major issue in front.Therefore, the paper selects data management as the research object, the data platformfocuses on construction and management problems. The main idea to solve the problem isdivided into two main lines: one from the technical aspects of the research status at home andabroad, data management, data management problems, to construct the platform of powergrid dispatching data management, puts forward the general scheme, hardware structure,software architecture, platform construction is completed separately from the meta-datamanagement. Secondly, from a business management point of view, the problems of the gridscheduling data management, proposed to establish a coordinated data managementorganization, the establishment of a comprehensive data management, performance appraisalmechanism and personnel training mechanism to ensure a more smooth data exchange andsharing, soothes data resources are fully utilized. Power grid dispatching data platformconstruction and management, standardize data flow, implementation model object, standardcode, access interface standard, can make the platform for data exchange and sharing moresmooth, so that data resources can be fully utilized.
