With the constant development of the science and technology, flowmeasurement technologies have made great strides. Many kinds of new model flowmeasuring meter constantly emerging, and flow measurement is obtained more andmore attention in each relevant industries. To assure flow meter measurement isaccurate and reliable, need to measure all the flow meter of all kinds of equipments.This study proposal that design and produce a new flow calibration facility, thiscalibration facility use4050aircraft lubricating oil as the medium and has thecapacity of changing temperature from-35oCto150oC.Firstly, this article introduces and analyzes the basic principle of flowratestandard device, and chooses the principle scheme that suit to the device. Secondly,give the analysis of implementation details to decide the principle of assembly unit.Next, design the whole of mechanical systems of the device in accordance withtechnical index of the device will be realized. It is consists of the design of powersystem, provide power for system using frequency conversion motor and drivenhydraulic pump; the oil filtering system design, select the filter that conform to thesystem; the design of temperature system, using refrigeration unit to achieverefrigeration,and using vapor line and electric heater to achieve heating; the designof pipe system, these are two types of pipeline, one is big inch pipeline,the other issmall inch pipeline, and parts of pipe is interpolation structure; the design ofselector valve, design and produce a new type of diverter of pneumatic, entiretylinkage, adjustable, and it is controlled by2/5way valve; the design of weighingsystem, the weighing system divides into three parts, the first is large size, thesecond is medium size, the last is small size, including electronic balance andweighing oil tank. To the control and data acquisition and processing system,analysis and deciding the object that need to control and exquisite, and designelectric control circuit of every department according their characteristics anddemands, select data acquainting instrument, build data acquainting electric circuit. The development of software system used C#language base on Visual Studio2005,for data acquisition, virtual display, data processing, result output, and systemcontrol functions. The last, testing processing, get the uncertainty of everydepartment and obtain the overall accuracy of the device.The characteristic of this device that develops a new flow calibration facilitythat has the capacity of changing temperature, mass flow, wide-range, and activatethe control and data acquisition and processing system. During the develop of thefacility, designed partitioning oil storage tank; a new type of selector valve ofpneumatic, entirety linkage, adjustable; weighing box installed with shunt;frequency control join electric control valve to assure range. Using single chip andcomputer and application of data acquisition to ensure long-term stability andexactitude and improve the efficiency. It is beneficial to study of liquid withdifferent temperature and viscidity, provide experiment condition to the test ofspecial flowmeter. It is of great realistic significance to develop of flowmetertechnology.
