| With the rapid development of economy, science and technology change rapidly,investment on railway construction in our country increases gradually, demand for therailway equipment and the safety of railway operation increases year by year. Axlecounter equipment play the role for track detection interval is in free or occupied state,in order to improve the train running safety. Therefore, the design of high reliability,high safety, low cost of axle counting device own important significance.Based on the understanding of the present situation and development trend of theaxle counting technology, this paper introduces the axle counting system relatedstandard, working principle and characteristics. As substitute for the track circuit,compare and put forward to use axle counting system to solve the problem of badshunting of track circuit.The demand analysis is carried on, overall structure and working flow aredesigned.By making use of fault-tolerant system, the redundant reliability isincreased,system is analyzed on reliability.Hardware of the sensing circuit of the wheel sensor is designed, devided intoindoor and outdoor parts. The outdoor part elaborate the wheel sensor design, using theprinciple of electromagnetic induction, the sensor circuit structure of circuit board isdivided into the transmitting circuit and the receiving circuit, realize the axleinformation convert to electrical signals and transmit to the interior part for treatment,and expounds the realization principle.The hardware reliability design of the systerm isproposed.The axle counting system software design is completed, realize the handle of wheelsensor signals in order to determine the axis track interval state. Finally by make use ofthe oscilloscope, the sensing board electrical parameters is tested, verify the design ofthe sensor can achieve the desired function,the axle counting system work stably. |
