City water supply pipe need because of the constraints and design is throughthe canals, rivers, roads and underground obstacles, etc., at the same time the humanfactor and natural causes.Various factors effect unceasingly, when the water pipeactual deformation than theoretical values, is bound to pipeline rupture accidentsoccurred. Pipe explosion accidents not only damage to pipeline equipment itself, atthe same time can also lead to water and surrounding pipeline instantaneous flowrate and pressure drop, serious influence on enterprises and people’s life, causingthe roads, traffic paralysis and other major economic losses.In view of the hydraulic transients is causes for water-transmission line toproduce detonation tube, based on the theory of transient flow hydraulic transientcauses and producing process were analyzed. And introducing the theory oftransient flow water conveyance pipeline condition is analyzed, and then studysome accessories in water-transmission line adjustment when the hydraulictransition process, looking for water-transmission line easy to have the detonationtube are given weak location method, in order to guide the water pipeline operationand management in the process of actual operation, to avoid accidents.This paper, taking Shenyang city east erhuan dahuofang water conveyancesystem for hydraulic transient calculation analysis, through the air valve workingcondition of refusing action of the calculation and analysis, it is concluded that theweak water-transmission line easy to have the detonation tube section (1+173.9~2+986.5)and key air valve(Q1,Q2), relatively easy to determine the position of thepipeline pipe explosion accidents and the key equipment, and has carried on theanalysis, evaluation. In order to prevent or reduce urban areas long distance waterconveyance pipeline references are provided for the hydraulic transient accidents,once the application is bound to produce a great economic and social benefits.Through analysis and experiment, the hydraulic transient of water supply pipenetwork prediction and tube how dangerous the hierarchies, provides the feasiblehydraulic transient protection measures and Suggestions. In strengthening weaksection in the daily management of the patrol (1+173.9~2+986.5)and key air valve(Q1,Q2), in the important place of manpower and material reserves, in order toreduce the probability of tube, improve the safety and reliability of the water supplypipe network, and scene design of tube after the emergency plan, and have preparedfor dealing with emergencies.
