Last decade, hospital construction had rapid expansion throughout the country, especiallythose top three hospitals in big and medium-sized cities. Because of the limited land, high-risebuilding is the necessary choose. High-rise buildings bring high energy consumption, especially the central air condition. As the high requirements of air condition in the hospital, the ratio of air condition energy consumption to the building’s is up to50%, or even high. Aircondition energy-saving has attracted much attention of the scholars at home and abroad. They study how to make the air conditions work energy-efficiently under the highrequirements of air condition in the hospital. Central air-conditioning energy saving operationhas great significance in saving energy and reducing operating costs of the hospitals. This paper analyzes the air conditioning system energy consumption of2013,andcollection of May2014to August of central air conditioning running condition data. Focuseson analyzing the load rate, the inlet and outlet water temperature of the chilled water systemand cooling water system, summarize the running condition data of the air condition, andexcavate the air condition system energy saving potential.Based on analysis, central air conditioning system has low load rate, low inlet and outletwater temperature of the chilled water system and cooling water system, condenser heattransfer effect is not under ideal situation. For the problems found, this paper propose optimization program for the air conditionsystem energy saving.
