Discussion On Design Of Printing Center

Newspaper Printing Center is originated from the newspaper’s printing plant, along withsocial and economic development, has been gradually transformed from a purely industrialbuilding into a multi-function architecture, mainly served the printing business, alsoinvolving a variety of related functions. The development of modern newspaper printingcenter affected by the development of media industry, not only has the characteristics of thatindustry and the general characteristics of industrial buildings, but also has its own uniquecharacter. This paper attempts a more comprehensive analysis of the Newspaper PrintingCenter to clarify the process of this particular industrial building design, and summarizes thedesign methods.At present, research on the Newspaper Printing Center building design is relativelysmall, the lack of clear design specifications and building codes. This article attempts toexplore the architectural design disciplines for this particular building type. The content isdiscussed in six chapters. The first three chapters are mainly describing history, developmentand current status of the Newspaper Print Center, analyzes the factors affecting theNewspaper Printing Center and noting Newspaper Print Center building design should havesuch features as: cultural and technological nature, Expo and openness, integrity and diversity,and comprehensive processing service and humane care of. Based on the first three chapters,through planning, site selection and a comprehensive analysis of architectural space layoutand functional organization, the article tries to summarize the general architectural designprinciples for Newspaper Printing Center which is a reasonable position from the beginningof the planning stage and the whole process of architectural design to satisfy their "processneed". Along with Newspaper Printing Center design and analysis, arrange flow lines andfunctional zonings. Finally, with the actual project case analysis and engineering practice,validation, induction of design experience, and design recommendations are given.Based on the analysis of such buildings type, this paper hopes to build overall awarenessof Newspaper Printing Center architecture.and help provide some experience and referencefor the architectural design of the Newspaper Printing Center of the future.
