Abstract/Summary:
Junction flow phenomenon widely exists in natural rivers and artificial channels. In the riverchannel junction, the flow characteristic of the complex, the key parts of both the influence of shipnavigation, is also difficult parts of diversion and navigation structure design. Previous studies havemostly focused on the study of flow characteristics and the intersection of Branch River waterwayregulation, river, the canal at the confluence of the navigation conditions of several domestic andinternational blank.Water diversion from the large water channel works on the Lower Jingjiang reach of YangtzeRiver water diversion to the Hanjiang River in Danjiangkou, mainly to the Han River watersupplement reduced because of South to North Water Diversion Project and water ecology, watersupply, irrigation, shipping, water conditions not only improve the downstream river, at the same timefor the implementation of the Yangtze River, Hanjiang River water transport a shortcut route hascreated extremely favorable conditions. After completion of the project, can form of transportationnetwork, has the extremely vital significance to the hinterland of the economic and socialdevelopment.Water diversion engineering of navigation is a model of comprehensive utilization of waterresources. In order to ensure the water conveyance canal navigation, in the dry season through thechannels, both ends of the outlet sluice canal water level control, navigation can ensure any time ofthe year. Further, the exit section (the same below the lock to the river side,) flow and water level ofYangtze River and Hanjiang River, adverse effects on the ship are also different. Therefore, to solvethe inlet and outlet, navigable conditions is difficult for water diversion project of the navigation.Based on the mathematical model of water flow and ship handling coupled motion mathematicalmodel as the basis, using large-scale ships operation simulator, conducts the research to the waterdiversion canal navigable river junction navigation conditions. The main research results are asfollows:(1)The design scheme of the optimization project, export. Recommended channel inlet andoutlet, layout of navigable limit flow increased from15000m3/s to45000m3/s.(2)The general principles of river channel junction plane layout of diversion channels shouldbe adopted:①import diversion channel and navigation channels separate layout scheme;②navigable inlet channel of shore curvature radius should meet the requirements of ship turning,generally not less than6times the upstream side of the downstream side, generally not less than4times the captain;③navigable channel import the width of the transition section shall meet the requirements of ship tune cis position, generally not less than4times the captain; the diversionchannels can be used and shared channel outlet navigation layout of diversion channel; the outletsection of shore curvature radius of not less than4times the captain general.(3)the river channel confluence of ship sailing on the line (team) and driving avoidance mode.The recommended scheme junction ship in the river channel (team) can shun, inverse of the safe, adiversion channel (navigation).This research was adopted by the design, the project in the implementation process.
