This systemcan monitor the reactive power changes of every sub-region， and easily coordinateall levels of hierarchical partition control. Its main function is to ensure the networksecurity and stability. The AVC can make sure the power factor qualified， andvoltage fluctuations within the reasonable range of curve. It also can minimize systempower loss， which is caused by unnecessary reactive power flow.
