The Research On Experimental Zero Energy Building In China

With the orderly manner of the building energy efficiency in china, there has beena large number of domestic experimental zero-energy buildings. So in the end, what atrue zero-energy buildings is, how to make a building reach the goal of zero energy,there is any problem in zero-energy buildings, and what practical significances doeszero energy building on China’s building energy efficiency. Of the above range ofissues, there is no system exhaustive research in China.Firstly, this paper began with the background of international and domestic, andanalysis the urgency and necessity for China to develop building energy efficiency.Secondly this paper clarified the concepts and definitions of zero-energy buildingsand compared and discriminated some concepts related to zero-energy buildings.Then this paper introduced three technologies to make building zero-energy: energyconservation technologies of zero-energy building; energy generation technologies ofzero-energy building; Intelligent building control technology which plays aco-ordination role. Then this paper cited a number case of experimental zero-energybuildings, through domestic case study and analysis, about five categories ofproblems of zero-energy buildings were found: Technical worship and its relatedissues; technical applicability; land resources problems; the lack of regional and otherissues. As experimental type of energy efficient building, Zero-energy buildingsreflect problems which actually are the epitome of energy-efficient buildingsproblems. This paper presents solutions for those problems one by one, in addition,proposed comprehensive strategies for the entire field of energy-saving building.Through researches, this paper clarified the experiments and demonstrationmeaning of experimental zero-energy buildings in the field of building energyefficiency in China. And through the detailed study of zero-energy buildings, thispaper made constructive comments for the improvement and development of China’sbuilding energy efficiency. This paper proposes measures one by one to solve theseproblems.
