| Reservoir plays an important role in aspects such as flood control, water supply,irrigation, power generation, river base flow improving, etc. Owing to the restrictionsof huge rock-filled work volume, tight schedule and complex management mode, thesafety of dam rolling quality is challenged. Dry density random sampling method istraditionally used to test the dam rolling quality, the results of which cannot representthe real quality status of whole dam storehouse surface comprehensively, and it mayaffect the representativeness of rolling quality evaluation. This paper focused on therolling quality of CFRD (concrete faced rock-fill dam), and the research on rollingquality comprehensive evaluation for rock-filled dam was carried out base on theapplication of construction quality real-time monitoring system. The majorconclusions are listed as below:(1) With regard to the compaction quality control problems in CFRD, therequirements for quality control was presented, then the principles of real-timemonitoring system and its further application were illustrated in detail, the impact ofmaterial properties and rolling parameters to the dry density was analyzed and theinfluencing parameters of the dry density was determined.(2) Based on the analysis of the internal relationship between the dry densityand its influencing factors(including rolled times, compacted thickness, vibration state,coefficient of uniformity, coefficient of graduation, etc.), the dry density predictionmodel was constructed based on genetic neural network and then applied to obtain thevalue of dry density distribution in the CFRD, after that, the accuracy of this modelwas validated.(3) Considering the influences of dry density inhomogeneity, the reliabilitytheory was introduced into the variability analysis of material parameters, and aevaluation method of dam rolling quality was put forward, then an advanced drydensity and reliability binary coupling evaluation model was developed based on theapplication of construction quality real-time monitoring system,the results canrepresent the real quality of whole dam storehouse surface more objectively. Thereliability of rolling quality evaluation was enhanced further, and the results can act asa reference for the dam rolling quality control. |
