With the rapid development of machinery industry, machinery equipment ismoving to the direction of integration and multifunction, and the complexity of thestructure is becoming higher and higher. At the same time, the overall size and weightof the equipment is also becoming larger and larger, ranging from hundreds of tons, even up to thousands of tons. As a result, there is a great demand for the jack-upsystem that can be used in the area of manufacture, installation, maintenance anddemolition. Currently the devices used in the engineering practice have somedisadvantages, such as high cost, low efficiency, large size, etc. Due to these reasons, this dissertation proposes a600t modular continuous jack-up system, focuses on thestructure design of the system with hydraulic technology, analyzes the strength andstiffness of the core parts, optimizes the structure and parameters of the componentsand parts, simulates the actual application of the device, which concludes the designprinciples. The main contents are as follows:(1) Propose the design scheme of the device for the jack-up requirements, focuson the mechanical design and establish the3D-model by using SolidWorks.(2) Establish the finite element model and do finite element analysis of thedevice; carry out the static analysis at both jacking and static status, and calculate thestress and deformation on the basis of the research on the mesh, load and constraintscondition of the device.(3) Propose different optimal methods and build the optimization model againstthe force status of different components, obtain the optimal form of support frame bycomparing the force-deformation characteristics of different forms of supportingframe, and optimize the parameters of the support cylinder and the fixed support byusing the MOP theory.(4) Simulate the jack-up application of a blast furnace, and explain theconstruction steps and precautions; summarize the results of this research project, andestablished the design principles of the device.
