| The application of iron tail ore in concrete could not only reduce the environmentalpollution caused by the storage of iron tail ore, and much land space would be saved, butalso solve the problem of increasing shortage of building sand resource. At present, the study of properties of iron tail ore in concrete is seldom at home, especially the aspect of impermeability. This limits the application of iron tail ore inconcrete. So it is necessary research on the impermeability performance. This subjectuses iron tail sand instead of natural sand, and mixes common gravel to make mixedconcrete. Study the impermeability performance through design the experiment withorthogonal experimental theory, graduated compression technique and permeabilitycoefficient method. Utilize the method of range analysis, variance analysis and regressionanalysis to analyze the test result.Test results show that the water cement ratio is the main factor affecting theimpermeability performance, dosage of fly ash is second, the replace rate of iron tail sandhas an certain influence, and the sand ratio has no significant influence. Interacting thefirst three factors could not make remarkable influence. The influence of various factorsupon the impermeability could be explained as following: the impermeability has thedecreasing tendency with the increase of water cement ratio and dosage of fly ash; thereis a trend of increase firstly and then decrease under the influence of replace rate; whenthe replace rate is25%, the impermeability is in the best condition; the axial pressure hasthe similar influence with replace rate, when the load level is0.4, the impermeabilitypressure is in the maximal value; when the load level is more than0.4, theimpermeability begins to decrease with the increase of load. This conclusion could offersome data for the application of iron tail sand in concrete. |
