Construction waste in our country is influenced by the rapid development of construction industry in our country, especially emissions of waste concrete increases year by year.How to correctly deal with the waste concrete has attracted widespread attention.Use concrete in the construction of city can increase natural sand and gravel aggregate demand.This is bound to cause mining excavation to destroy the ecological environment.Therefore,recycled concrete is gradually recognized from all walks of life.Because it can save resource, reduce environmental damage, and is conducive to the sustainable development.It is also a development direction for the future of the concrete.The developing situation of recycled concrete at home and abroad is firstly introduced in this paper.And the research results of basic properties, mechanical properties and structural performance are summarized. Then on the basis of the relevant test of recycled concrete at home and abroad, the calculation formula of flexural bearing capacity and the shear bearing capacity are derived.With the aid of finite element simulation software ABAQUS,the loading process is simulated and the related influencing factors are analyzed.Finally from the two aspects of the reliability of the recycled concrete beams are analyzed. The main content of the paper is as follows:(1) Our country’s specification and the relevant tests at home and abroad are carefully studied.On the basis of common concrete, the expression of the bearing capacity of recycled concrete beams is built.And the influence of the calculation results of the type of each variable and change rule is analysed.(2) Using ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the bending process of recycled concrete beams, It is concluded that recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio of recycled concrete beams horizontal across the influence law of deflection.Then the recycled concrete beams destruction of midspan deflection, the simulation calculation of ultimate bearing capacity and cracking load values and experimental values are compared.(3) Using ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the shear process of recycled concrete beams. Firstly, the recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio of the shear capacity of recycled concrete beams and the influence law of midspan deflection are finded, and then the change of the reinforcement ratio of longitudinal reinforcement on the properties of recycled concrete beams shear effect is determined.(4) Using the checking point method of recycled concrete beams in bending and shear bearing capacity reliability are analyzed. The influence of different variables on the reliability index are emphatically studied in this paper.
