Mechanical Performance Analysis And Fatigue Life Prediction To Turntable Of Concrete Pump Based On The Date Of ECC

Concrete pump, aslo called as pump and is a kind of engineering vehicle,transport concrete continuously according to predetermined pipe using the pressureprovided by hydraulic system. Because integrated chassis and pump system, it hasthe quality of maneuverability, agility, high speed of pouring, and used inengineering construction widly.Turntable is a key part in concrete pump and the boom and its attachment loadon it. Bearing all the load of boom system, so there is a high request for thestrength and stiffness and reliability. The research for the turntable is becomesignificative.The main job of this paper as follows:1. The turntable and boom system is simplified properly and reasonable. Theforces of turntable can be gotten by giving a force analysis to the moded. Theforces model, put the angle of the booms recorded in ECC system as the input andthe force value off two pin holes as output, can be established for the boom systemunder any pumping gesture.2.Three-dimensional model is established by UG. We get the force value intwo special conditions at first. Than do a finite element analysis inANSYS/Workbench and get the maximum stress value and dangerous parts. Thereliability of work can be proved by strength analysis for the maximum stress. Atlast, we do a modal analysis and get the first six natural frequencies and modeshapes.3. The curve of material p-S-N can be gain according to the fatigue test. Aftercorrectting the p-S-N curve of turntable turns up. So the preparatory work issufficient for the analyse the fatigue life of turntable.4.It can be acquired the load-time history at key points connectting with theresult of mechanical analysis and the historical data in ECC. After the rain flowcounting, we get the load spectrum and fatigue life by the Miner linear cumulativefatigue damage rule. The result of the fatigue test of turntable can descript theaccuracy of the theoretical analysis.
