In this paper, a pump auto piping concrete made by some company is used as an object of study, and TBS-2000 Strain Measuring System is used to measure the pump in the way of dynamic stress, statistic stress and proper frequency. Data processing software is designed for TBS-2000 Strain Measuring System in the classical Virtual Instruments Engineering workbench; it is applied to process the data which are acquired in the way of dynamic stress analysis, statistic stress analysis and proper frequency analysis. The statistic stresses of are gained during the course of statistic stress analysis. Statistic stress dangerous positions of bump on different working situations are got by generally analyzing all of the data. The working frequencies on different working situations are gained during the course of dynamic stress analysis, at the same time they are compared with the results of the bump hydraulic system measuring experiment, they are quietly consistent with each other. The main aim at analysis of the bump inherent frequency is to get its first frequency, which is used to find out the reason why the bump vibrates so serious. The nSoft software of USA MSC Corporation is used to analyze the bump in the way of fatigue strength reliability on the basis of dynamic stress analysis, and getting all of measured points' fatigue strength reliability, fatigue strength dangerous positions of bump on different working situations are got by generally analyzing all o"f the data. The reason that bump vibrates when working is bump system's stimulus frequency is quite consistent with its inherent frequency and its hydraulic system's impact. By analyzing bump working frequencies' relation to its inherent frequency, the 150-liter per minute input flow is recommended at exiting function parameters.
