| Along with the ceaseless increase of the amount of high-rise and large-sized building in domestic and foreign, building structure make progress towards the direction of large span and big space. The prestressed concrete transfer beam which has been used widely in transfer floor structure, take on the trend of large span and heavy in section. The construction of the large span prestressed concrete transfer beam structure is the difficulty in the construction technology, whose process of building come down to mechanics, material science, structural design and project management etc; it is a most complicated systematic project. So the subject study has extensive application background and strong practicability.In this paper, the author first set force the conception, structural style, characteristic and development survey and so on of the beam transfer floor structure, and focus on the analyse of stress characteristic of prestressed concrete transfer beam structure at large, and recommend the design of major project briefly, then carry on the research of the construction technology of large span prestressed concrete transfer beam structure home.In the subject study, contraposing the engineering mechanics matter, the author have the analyse base on three aspects: the stress of formwork supports system, the temperature stress and shrink stress of concrete, and the effect on the mechanical property of transfer beam due to prestressing.The author summarize the construction technology key points base on above-mentioned three aspects, then divide the content of research of the construction technology of large span prestressed concrete transfer beam structure into four major projects:falsework engineering, concrete engineering, prestressed and steel bar engineering, and construction monitoring. The author summarize these four major projects from the angel of schematic design and construction point, and accordingly introduce some typical case history as subsidiary declaration which enrich this paper.According to the analyse and sum-up of above-mentioned major projects of construction technology, the author bring forward correlative advise which is constructive, and generalize the development of the construction technology. The author has participated in the course of establishment and implement of the construction technology scheme of the prestressed concrete transfer beam in the Guangzhou KaihuaCity project. It is difficult to construct this work, and the building size of the work is primacy among the similar ones in domestic. The correlative content of establishment and implement of this work's scheme is introduced in the end of this paper, which can boost up subject study's guiding significance to the similar work.According to the research of the construction technology of large span prestressed concrete transfer beam, a series of conclusion are achieved in this paper, besides a prospective expectation of the subsequent work of this subject study are made. |
