| As China’s demand for the radiator of automobile air conditioner is increasing in recentyears, the research on automatic production line of the radiators has also become more andmore popular in the equipment manufacturing industry. In view of the present situation thatthe production efficiency of heat exchanger equipment manufacturing is low and the level ofautomation is not high, this paper has designed the overall structure of the fin formingmachine on the research of principle and technology of louvered fins.First, this paper has studied the forming principle of louver fins and the requiredprocess of fin machining. Then the process of fin forming and the action to achieve of eachprocedure has been determined.Based on the research of fin forming technology, the overall scheme of fin machine hasbeen chosen. Then the overall structure is decomposed to8functional modules, of which theactions and technical indicators are emphasized. Finally the key points are put out, which haslaid the foundation of the specific structure design of each functional modules.After dividing the functional modules, the key technology, such as the unreeling straincontrol and the feeding speed control, has been studied. And the corresponding mechanismhas been designed to achieve the required functions. Based on the results, the structuredesign of each functional module is finished, the three-dimensional models have also beenestablished.Finally, the key components which affect the precision larger are checked by ANSYS,including the cutter shaft, fin fenestration device cutter and eccentric shaft breaking deviceetc. The main work includes static analysis and dynamic characteristics analysis. |
