Fused Deposition Modeling is one of the most popular techniques in rapid processingtechnology. Great potential and value makes it worth being researched and explored. Ansmart and modularized equipment was designed based for FDM technology. It can notonly be available in large scale of net-work, but also work independently.Dual-core motion control equipment based on ARM-Cortex system and MCX314was designed on the platform of FDM equipment. This device can at most drive three axesmove together while another axe independently as well. The design of this systemcontains two parts: software and hardware.Circuits and PCB boards were designed. We designed the hardware of the corecontrol part based on the STM32and the motion control part based on MCX314, as wellas other circuits which can make the whole system function well. The system made thetwo core connected by an address bus and a digit bus. The PCB boards were designed astwo floors, which can save a lot spaces and make it easier to be established.USB program and SD card program were designed, that can create more ways forG-code to transport. An algorithm which is used in USART is designed. This algorithmcontains a delay function and a port-protect function. A protocol which is used in CANbus is designed for this equipment to work in net-work. An algorithm which can turnG-code to the language that can work in MCX314is proposed. This algorithm can save alot of source of the core.Temperature is one of the most important factors of FDM. A fuzzy controller isdesigned. This controller can control the temperature show great ability in temperaturemanagement.
