In the process of industrial production, the temperature is one of the important control parameters. The research on the temperature has great practical significance and theoretical value. Temperature has characters of nonlinearity, changing with time and lagging. In this paper, the structure of Fuzzy tuning by oneself is added into classical PID control structure and this dissertation researches a temperature control system with DSP kernel in accordance with its characters.Chapter I gives exposition about the status quo and developing direction of technology of fuzzy control and PID control, points out the value and practical significance of temperature control based on the principle of fuzzy-PID control. Chapter II introduces the basic theory with fuzzy control and correlative knowledge of fuzzy-PID controller. ChapterIII introduces design and simulation of fuzzy-PID controller. Via experiments of PID control and fuzzy-PID control compare,conclusion is drawn that the all-right choice which is fuzzy-PID control strategy to object of room temperature control. Chapter IV introduces composition and characteristic of DSP chip. Based on above conclusion mentioned, fuzzy-PID controller with DSP kernel is designed, which is accomplished hardware and software design of controller.Main work and researchful content includes design of fuzzy PID control system in this paper, such as the determination of the structure of controller, the choice and calculation of parameter, the sureness of membership function, the setting-up of fuzzy control table, etc; On the meantime, having carried on the simulation test, fuzzy PID control succeeds in applying to the system. This system simulation is carried on in SIMULINK in MATALAB. According to simulation results, we can find out the algorithm of fuzzy PID may improve the precision of the temperature control greatly. When the environment changes in the system, the system still has a good control effectiveness and the stronger robustness.This paper is combined together with the technology of computer, sensor technology, modern electronic technology and communication technology, which designs and studies the software and hardware of upper machine and lower machine in the warm case system, which realize design of a warm case system establish definite base of technology. Kernel is DSP in the warm case system.
