Research Of Anguo Distribution Network Planning

With continuous economic development, acceleration of the pace ofurbanization and improvement of people’s living standards, high-level requirementsare proposed to the development of the grid and electricity services. Grid has playedan important supporting and promoting role in the construction of areas and beenresponsible for the important task of serving area economic development andproviding customers with of high-quality electricity. In the current new situation ofsocial development, to explore how to lay a good foundation for the latter operation,management, expansion, etc. in the planning stages of distribution network, to meetthe needs of regional development has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the background and significance of distribution networkplanning and studies the development trend of An’guo power distribution network inthe way of geographical features, economic development situation and distributiongrid status. The historical power load growth trend and characteristics were analizedand customer consumption history and development through voltage levels andindustry were stuied to conduct a forecasts of the total electricity consumption andelectricity load and the results were checked. Substation siting and volume of the110kV and35kV were confirmed and10kV grid planning was proposed. Also, baseof investment estimation and evaluation index system of network planning effectwere proposed. Technical and economic analysis of the grid after planning wasconducted. It will provide reference and basis for investment estimation and effectevaluation of other developing regions’ grid planning.
