Analysis And Research For The Wear Of The Equipment Which Is Based On The Oil Montoring

Wearing is one of the main factors of mechanical failure, which has brought great harm to the development of national economy and people’s lives. Oil monitoring, represented by technology ofFerrograhy, is an effective method to study wearing of the wear of the equipment, and which can monitor wearing of the equipment and diagnosis the fault of the equipment. At present, in order to meet the equipment’s safety and reliability ability which is caused by the development trend of equipment integration, large-scale and intelligent, not only development new type of monitoring devices actively, the scholars also explore the means of data analysis. In view of the data trend analysis to predict equipment wear is one of the directions.The thesis introduces and analysis the principle and application of the Time Series Analysis, Grey Theory and Artificial Neural Network, which are the common methods in the trend analysis in the wear analysis field at present.And then,the thesis present the theory trend analysis of the equipment wear state base on the wear mechanism.The thesis studies and discusses the wear debris, the wear mechanism and wear state of the equipment.Then the thesis establishes the chart which is corresponded to the wear debris, the wear mechanism and wear state of the equipment.In the validation experiments, the thesis use gear wear as the research object to study the trend of the characteristics wear debris when the experimental process and data acquisition is reasonable. Then we can get the wear condition of the equipment through the degree and trend of the wear mechanism, which is relate to the change trend of the characteristics wear debris. And then, we can predict the extent and change trend of the wear mechanism during the process of the wear in the wear through trend analysis of all the characteristics wear debris. Finally we can predict the wear state of the equipment.Then we use the follow-up monitoring data to validate the theory which was discussed.At the same time, we use the trend analysis based on the quantitative analysis to inspection the theory furtherly, which is the convention method in the laboratory.And the final result show that the theory discussed in the thesis is good.
