Research On Compound Landscape Building In Resettlement Housing

Housing placement, the government for the resettlement of the residents were relocated houses in city construction. With the development of urbanization, housing placement had been paid more and more attention. This paper make landscape construction of housing placement and complex landscape construction as the research objects, using the literature research, investigation research, and so on. To investigate more than ten residential area of completed housing placements in Hangzhou and Ningbo. This research could provide theoretical and practical guidance for the construction of housing placement landscape construction.On the basis of investigation and analysis, this paper combined with three newly built or under construction housing placement landscape projects (Hangyang, Sandun,Ziwei), demonstrated compound landscape theory, from three aspects of the Space layout, Cultural relics and Cost control. This paper discussed in detail of the construction method of communication space, airspace and overhead layer space; using a large number of actual cases to discuss method of using old elements; then analysis of the composition of landscape cost, and gave the cost control principles and landscape configuration guide.After investigation and analysis, this paper combined compound landscape construction method and residential area of completed housing placement landscape construction, it is concluded that the theory system of the compound landscape construction for the housing placement, which would provide a new design method and idea for landscape design.At last, it put forward the suggestion and prospect:.The government should change the foothold, pay more attention to the needs of residents;The designer should consider the customs, cultural relics, cost control and diversified space design. The method proposed in this paper can be used in the practical application.
