| Coal need spraying water to control the dust and the tempreture in the process of mining, coal preparation plant needs water in the process of preparation, which lead to the coal contains large amounts of water. The main channel of coal transportation is the railway. The low ambient temperature causes coal frozen and hanged on the carriage when transport coal in the winter,which bring about great difficulties for coal unload and affect the economic efficiency of enterprises and reduce the transportation capacity. The residual coal pollute the railway, therefore it needs spraying antifreeze into the inner walls of the carriage and the coal to avoid coal freezing in the process of load.The current antifreeze spray device of coal trains has some deficiencies that need to be improved, this paper design an antifreeze spray device which can lift nozzle and rotate arm so as to adapt to different height of trains. Use the fuzzy adaptive PID controller to control the spray flow, and establish the relation between the spray flow, the environmental temperature and the speed of train, use Doppler effect to detect the speed of coal trains. The main research contents are as follows: (1) After comprehensive comparison of various lifting mechanism and swing arm mechanism, design an antifreeze spray device which could lift nozzle and rotate arm and build the digital prototype by three-dimensional design software Pro/E, then virtual assembly and interference inspect.(2) Modal analysis of the structural of antifreeze spray device by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Force analysis and finite element static analysis of the key components, which provide reference for further optimization of the structure.(3) Design and research the antifreeze spray flow controller based on fuzzy adaptive PID, and use SIMULINK to build model and simulate in different conditions, validate the control effect and the regulation quality of the designed controller.(4) Make a study of the coal train speed detection system based on Doppler effect, select the appropriate window function to design the low pass filter. Use MATLAB to write M documents and simulate the analysis process of speed detection signal.The results show that the method could meet the requirements of coal trains speed detection. |
