In recent years, most of the first-tier cities are plagued by haze in our country. PM2.5is soaring as the increase of GDP. As the real economy progressing, energy consumption of each type of resource is gradually increasing. Most of the energy is produced by coal. Coal combustion degree decides the utilization of coal. The finer coal particle is, the more fully it is burning. The incomplete combustion of coal will cause the waste of energy and air pollution.One of the solutions is to grind the coal in order to increase the burning area, which can make the coal fully used.Vibrating screen classifies coal in production process according to the particle size to plant. Larger particles can be reprocessed, until they could match the plant. So, vibrating screen play an important role in coal separation process.With the development of the screening technology, the design of the vibrating screen trend to be large scale and screening methods to be automate. This paper researches on a kind of vibrating screen, combining the characteristics of resonance screen, curved screen and relaxation screen. There is one drive, producing two kinds of vibrations. With the respect to the others, it is has an unique function that because of two kinds of vibration, screen plates are in stretching and contraction state continuing, effectively preventing the blockage in the screen hole at work. Moreover, because it is a second order vibration system, compared with the ordinary it has a higher casting strength. So, it can provide more excellent performance.This paper adopts the method of dynamic design and simulation analysis is carried out on the vibrating screen. First of all, according to the design requirements, one new kind of vibrating screen is designed. After determining the structure scheme, it uses the3D modeling software to create the vibrating screen physical model, providing virtual entity for simulation and checking.Secondly,analyze the topology of the vibrating screen, including the connection between the various components, the connection between vibrating screen and ground, and the connection between driving and vibrating screen, and calculate the parameter.Then, through theoretical analysis, especially the characteristics of the movement, the vibrating screen entity model is import to dynamics analysis software to process rigid body dynamics simulation, and referring to the theoretical analysis of vibrating screen, features of the vibration parameters and the movement are analyzed.Finally, the vibrating screen flexible body dynamics simulation is processed. By analyzing the modal participation factor and frequency of the vibrating screen parts, the larger modal participation and the corresponding frequency factor are found out. Based on the analysis of every modal shape mode, the weak of the structure is determined and modified.In conclusion, through the analysis upon rigid parts, the motion laws were drawn; and by analysis upon flexible parts, the influence of vibration on each key component is concluded. The mutual integration and complementation of the two analysis results could be used as an important basis for the mechanical design.
