220kV high-voltage transmission lines are widely distributed, become one ofthe main forms of high voltage lines connected to each substation important user ofthe bond is the main artery of the power system, carries the electrical safety of theresidents. The safe operation of220kV transmission lines, and reliable power supplydirectly to the user, can directly affect the stability of the grid, the safe operation ofthe transmission lines has an important position in the grid, occupy a pivotal positionin the national economy. Through analysis of transmission lines, to identify thetransmission lines lightning failure characteristics and modeling calculations, thelightning failure to conduct a comprehensive analysis, the technology of highvoltage transmission lines to develop practical measures, to reduce the transmissionlines Lightning Shielding guarantee transmission lightning trip level within areasonable range. This article by the analysis of a220kV transmission line commonproblem, and the baoding area220kV high-voltage transmission line lightningcomprehensive measures were combined from2008to2010baoding area lightningtrip in statistical analysis, the typical line lightning failure analysis, and selectspecific lines of its implementation and effects of lightning protection measures setforth baoding area integrated lightning protection measures analysis.
