The status assessment, maintenance and repair for power transmission andtransformation equipments must be based on the fault diagnosis results of the equipments,and the accuracy and reliability of the diagnosis method will directly reflect the above works’successful implementation, even the stable operation of the entire power system. The researchand application on the diagnosis method based on on-line monitoring will be one of theimportant means to improve the efficiency of equipments’ state maintenance and the abilityof fault judgment. This paper introduced the formation mechanism of the on-line monitoringtechnology for the power transmission and transformation equipments, and analyzed thetraditional analysis methods and the artificial intelligence methods. Then, an on-linemonitoring computer system was designed, and its integrated intelligent determinationmethod was proposed, which can be practical utilized in the power production process.Finally, the cases with the practical on-line monitoring data were given in the paper. The casedata’s analysis results illustrated that the proposed fault diagnosis method is feasible, and caneffectively improve the accuracy and reliability of the fault diagnosis results. |
