| Horizontal directional driller(HDD) is a typical product of multi-varieties andsmall-batch,especially its core component which is power head. Under the objectiveconditions of buyer’s market globalization,producers have to take meeting customerdemand of multi-varieties and small-batch as the center,and rapidly realize thepurpose of power head’s small-batch production. So I applied CBR technology to therapid design of power head,and developed a rapid design system of HDD’s powerhead based on customer demand. In this dissertation, the main work was focused on:(1)The design and modeling of power head. Firstly,analyzing power head’sstructure in detail and determining its overall design schemeï¼›secondly,selecting anddesigning the main parts and components according to the main technical parametersï¼›finally,building three-dimensional model of power head which provide basic modelfor rapid design system.(2)The research on key technology of power head’s design applied CBR.Explaining the feasibility of rapid design system applied CBR,and then introducingthe working principle and reasoning process of CBR in detail,finally researchingrepresentation and retrieval of case.(3)The research and development of power head’s rapid design system. Firstly,determining the function required to achieve of the rapid design systemï¼›secondly,building the rapid design system of HDD’s power head in Pro/E software by the wayof Pro/Toolkitï¼›thirdly,researching the constructing principle of power head’sdatabase and the process of human-computer interaction interfaceï¼›finally,showingthe process of the rapid design of power head in detail.(4)The mechanics analysis of power head. Analyzing the model of power headthat is generated by the rapid design system,which aim to verify the feasibility of therapid design system.In conclusion, the rapid design system of HDD’s power head, whichautomatically calculate design parameters according to customer demand and chooseappropriate overall design scheme,is a effective tool to rapidly design power head.This system can rapidly response to customer demandã€shorten design cycle andreduce costs,so the overall design level of HDD and the ability of enterprise’sdevelopment will be improved. |
