When the road approaching useful life, increased traffic and vehicle overloading,built cement concrete pavement produces many diseases, disease seriously affect roadperformance and driving safety.. Cement concrete overlay is an old cement concretepavement maintenance technology in the most effective way. When the old concretepavement damaged condition is severe, taking into account road load levels, traffic loador traffic volume, usually treat old cement concrete pavement by Cracked pressurestabilization technology or rubblization technology.In this paper, As an example to State Road107, we use the finite element methodand ABAQUS software modeling, analyze, optimization of the structure of the overlay,and the overlay level board size, temperature and other factors were analyzed. Mainly forthe following research:1, As an example to State Road107, we detect the Highway cement pavementdamage, and statistical analysis and evaluation results show that former cement pavementwere severely damaged, evaluation results is "poor", old concrete pavement in sectionwere suitably by rubblization technology, and as a structural layer of grass or pavementsubbase.2, Analyze force status of overlay when gravel cement concrete pavement is grass,subbase or removed, research shows that gravel cement concrete pavement is subbaseand overlay18cm5%cement stabilized gravel and cement concrete pavement, pavementstress is minimal and economic rationality.3, when the panel size changes, the stress that traffic load generate increases withboard size slightly, while the stress that the temperature load generate increasessignificantly, but both traffic load or temperature loads, with the overlay thicknessincreases, the tensile stress in its board reduced accordingly. 4, the overlay structure analysis and value engineering studies show that when thethickness of30cm overlay pavement structure is optimal.
