Abstract:With the deepening of modernization, China’s transportation has developed rapidly,including the increase of vehicles’number and speed, thus leading to the higher quality for road and bridge structure.Compared with the railway bridge, the load for highway bridge is more complicated and changeable,plenty of changeable dynamic load influence the durability and safety of the bridge structure.therefore,an accurate analysis for the dynamic response should be performed under a variety of dynamic load. In this paper,a more practical vehicle-bridge coupling vibration model was established by taking the vehicle-bridge contact as practical surface to surface contact.In addition,making an analysis of vehicle-bridge coupling vibration response.The main work and research results were as follows:1. Introducing the research and development of vehicle-bridge coupling vibration system simply,coupled with the status quo as well as describes some of the key problems and processing technology about LS-DYNA program.Including the concise introduction of display integral, contact algorithm, the hourglass control technology, negative control technology and how to control the calculation time.2. The vehicle-bridge coupling vibration model based on surface contact was built in detail and proved effective, uniaxial model and biaxial model were Included.In addition,I build a model for actual two axis four-wheel vehicles and make an relative analysis of the different axial length vehicle.Basing on the powerful aspects of LS-DYNA program surface contact.3. A simulated analysis of several factors on affecting pavement irregularity was made, mainly including square wave, triangle wave, sine wave and random irregularity power spectrum, and discuss the different influence factors on response of the bridge.4. A simulated car of Dong feng EQ3166was built with3-D finite element in this paper coupled with establishing a finite element model of bridge by using three-dimensional entity unit,in order to close to actual,simulation is mainly focused on the tires, suspension system, and the wheels of the vehicle and bridge contact, for bridge model,its both sides respectively have a road, which can better simulate the vehicle going into the bridge, being on the bridge, and getting out of the bridge.The research results in this article were valuable for further research on vehicle-bridge coupling vibration.
