| Recent years, the pace of railway locomotive&rolling stock enterprises of our country expanding overseas markets accelerated apparently. The international railway locomotive&rolling stock business has maintained steady growth for many consecutive years. At the same time, competition of the international railway locomotive&rolling stock market is fiercer than before, so Chinese railway locomotive&rolling stock industry meet a big challenge. Meanwhile, there many factors limited the international development of Chinese railway locomotive&rolling stock industry. For sample, our country relies on technology introduction for a long time, the system of technical innovation do not match the system of technical standards very well, the consciousness of intellectual property rights,the system and the management based on technical standards are weak and so on. In all, not only the seriousness of the exterior situation but also the urgency of the internal promotion ask railway locomotive&rolling stock industry take measures to strengthen its technical standards’ competitiveness.Focus on Chinese railway locomotive&rolling stock technical standards, its positioning in the competition and standard output path are analyzed in this thesis. Firstly, with some related theory, this article also analyzed current situation of international competition of technical standard. Secondly, this article summarized the experience on technical standards internationalization from developed areas, and draw lessons from some developed countries of strategy of Europe and America of technological standards. At the end, the article also put forward a series of the suggestions on strategy and measures of improving the international competitiveness of our construction technical standards include government, enterprise, and association. |
