The Occupation Aptitude Research Of Train Dispatchers

ABSTRACT:In this paper, we mainly researched the occupation aptitude of train dispatch person. Firstly, we analyze the dispatcher’s occupation characteristics and working environment and according the analysis results, we select the required index preliminarily then determining the finial research index by Delphi Method. According to the study index designing appropriate experimental to collect data.Through the analysis of the data we obtained, the four index including attention allocation, the average reaction time, discrimination; focus was significantly different among groups that can use these indicators to distinguish between different groups of people. We can use these indicators to select、appoint and eliminate the railway dispatching personnel.A prediction model of accident probability by Logistic, We conclude that the security situation of the decisive index is the distribution of attention, the average reaction time, discrimination, and these three factors indicators affecting the scheduling personnel safety accidents probability in descending order:Discrimination> the average reaction time>attention allocation. We can predict and control the probability of safety accidents according to Logistic regression model.
